Help please what paper I should send in my case

Hi everybody, this is my case I got my residency becouse my ex husband he is a citizen born in this country , I got marry on February 2008 I got my residency on august 2008 , then I got my permanent resident on September 2010, them I put the divorce paper on December 2010 , I got my divorce on January 2011.Now I got marry last April 2013 with a citizen born in this country, my question is what paper I should send to became a citizen since I am all ready 5 years and 2 moths recident , I was planing to send :

Form N 400

Copy of recident card

Check $680

2 passport pictures

My question , do I have to send other papers like taxes , or my divorce, marriage certificate, I lose the marriage certificate, my ex husband also look in his house he could found, it this paper necesary in my case, I have the transcripts form the taxes that he and I did toguether , I have his bird certificate, the divorce, but we miss the marriage certificate, someone to help me please, thank you so much , good luck for everybody

What's your resident since date on your green card? If it says mm/dd/2010. You have to wait until 2015 to apply for citizenship. Even though you got married to a US citizen this year. If you read the requirement paper you have to be married to the same US citizen for 3 years. You divorced your ex husband in 2010, then reading another will not fulfill that requirement. I'm sorry to tell you that but applying right now will get you denied because you don't qualify for the 3 year rule. Good luck.

and you can include your marriage certificate with CURRENT husband

a copy of your GC front and back

and prepare your Tax transcript of the last 5 years for the interview

I think I misunderstood what she said because she said "I got my permanent resident since september 2010".

I think, she meant that she lift the condition in september 2010
