I can, there have been a few threads where NB has brought him up and I kept quiet, probably because it's like talking chocolate to a brick wall.

I guess as a black man, it just astounds me that GZ action's are completely ignored by the folks that would have reacted the same way TM did if the situation was upon them. Gary has said repeatedly he would pull his gun and shoot someone if he felt the slightest bit threatened, even going as far as to say if a black man walked up to him at a gas station, he would put his gun in his face and ask can I help you, but it's TM's fault because he wasn't carrying a gun and died fighting a man who did. Slim carries an AK-47 around in his jeep, cusses out cops, and is ready for walking dead status, but found GZ's actions completely harmless. NB has chastised a man who had a gun and didn't shoot a guy who shot him with pellets, saying he should have blown him away, but seems to have completely blocked out the first 6 minutes of the encounter leading up to the assault.

You scare me, nothing to do with your skin color. It's well. this sorry LOL

u see Marvin, I can deal with the bullets, and the bombs, and the blood. I don't want money, and I don't want medals. What I do want is for you to stand there in that faggoty white uniform and with your Harvard mouth extend me some f******* courtesy. You gotta ask me nicely.

I wish they made more movies like that.

One of my all time faves. The Jerk came out in 1979 when I was 15, it was the big hit of the summer. I used to have a couple of his albums, Wild & Crazy Guy was a riot.

Damn you are old, I was 6 at that time. From my earliest memory, my first movie from him was The man with two brains.

The man with two brains was good. Another of my Steve Martin faves is Dirty Rotten Scoundrels with Michael Caine.

Heard about it, didn't see it. Planes, Trains and Automobiles is a classic, just watched it with my wife about a month ago. Bringing down the house was funny as hell though.

If you have a chance to watch it, you won't be disappointed, funny as hell. John Candy, another big talent that died way before their time.

Oh god yes, we watched Uncle Buck together and she was laughing the whole time. John Candy is a classic comedian.
