Confused.... Application approved in 29 days (NOA2?) What next?

First thanks everybody to all you because this site helped us a lot!

I filed I-129F on September 5th and it was approved on October 3rd (as USCIS status showed) to my surprise and confusion....

So what next?

How long time we have to wait for the medical and then to the appointment at the embassy? Will be in October or November? Can I schedule appointments?

I know are good news but actually it is a lot of changes in my plans as originally I had.... but well...

The processing will be in Manila.

Congrats! You're half way there...

You have to wait for your manila case number from NVC then after that you can schedule your medical and interview.
