Normally you file 90 days before the two year anniversary of your residency.

Normally you file 90 days before the two year anniversary of your residency.

To clarify: you can file any time from the 90th day before the two-year anniversary until the date of your anniversary (although you should allow at least a few weeks for delivery and processing: don't try to file the date of your anniversary, or it will be too late).

Don't know when the 90th day before your anniversary is? Here's link to help: http://www.uscis.gov/dateCalculator.html

So on the 90th day before, your "window" opens. You don't have to get your application in on that day, but you must get it in before the date of your anniversary.

Good luck!

AJ
