finally got a news from uscis been almost 10 months. But it came up for RFE..

copy of marriage certificate copy

Form G325 for petitioner and 2x2 photo passport.

On this stage once I comply these request.

these will take few weeks right.

Hi dens id just like to ask about the marriage certificate. Did u send a copy of ur mc when u mailed the ir130/cr130 packet? If yes, was it an NSO copy or just from the local registrar? Just wondering coz we sent the local registar's copy and we're hoping we wont get an RfE for that since our NSO copy is not yet available. Thanks

Hmmm. You filed i-130, right? The form that goes with it is the G-325A.

I've read others got RFE for g-325a because they initially sent in the g-325 with the i-130.

You should call USCIS to clarify.

For jb: I sent the original copy from NSO.

For krispy:

Sent I-130 and G325 each applicant with signed on it except minor child no need to fill up G325A thats what I did including all proof of documents. Just follow instruction on I-130.

once uscis approved the petition..your case will forwarded to NVC takes a week to initiate your case once its received.NVC will sent a letter by mail or through email to the petitioner. Thats how it goes ..

in my case right now two applicants are on that process waiting to complete the AOS& IV

While my wife case still on going @USCIS step.. hopefully soon good luck to us..

Thanks for the info dens! Guess it would still take a "few" months for me to get a response from NBC and hopefully its not an RFE. Good luck and hope ur wife's case moves to NVC soon!
