They look for age difference.... Weight disparagement between the 2. If the petitioner is female and well off financially and the beneficiary a poor man that's a major red flag.

I am 11 years older than my husband. I make 68000 a year and I am definitely not fat lol.

So is the factiI am 11 years older going to be an issue? Honestly you cannot tell in our pictures.

Also about income, most of the people in Jamaica are poor so if they were to deny based on that then no one would get through.

...and of course there's no mentioning of dates of birth anywhere in the documents...

Seriously though, i think 11 years shouldn't be such a big deal. From what i've read in other VJ threads it becomes a red flag if the female USC is much older (outside of reproductive age).

I'm the beneficiary.

Want to know what's happening with your case? Here's the USCIS tracking page (get an account and see if the case's been 'touched'!). Don't get your hopes up though, some cases never even appear there despite being successfully processed.

Wow Ok... I meant that from the outside observer we have never encountered our age difference to ever come up.

I know what you mean. Just generally they look at papers too, not only what people look like together.

I'm the beneficiary.

Speaking of proving communications on Viber - google how to make screenshots. I'm on Whatsapp with my husband and i've learned to make screenshots with my phone so i just put them into a word document (selection showing date stamps and some innocent chit chat) which i will print for the interview.

You can send your chat from whats app to email and print it it gives dates and time of day, etc.

I know. The quality of the file doesn't satisfy me though. It's a txt, which can be easily altered. Heck, you can even compose your own. Screenshots are a little harder to fake (though of course it can be done, but it's too much bother, i think).

I'm the beneficiary.

Beth I am on the same situation as you lol, me and my wife live together here in Brazil and we got the interview scheduled for november 1 and I got all this paranoid thoughts going through my head + insomnia!! content.gif

I know right!! Itt's like unbearable sometimes. Just when I think I've relaxed something else comes up- age difference, income difference, not enough evidence- it's enough to drive you crazy!! My poor husband... I've been bombarding him with information every day!! The poor guy just wants a break lol!!

You look fine to me. Based on the picture, you reminded me of young Britney Spears.wink.png

Check out Vonnage as one way to keep in touch. It also provides you with advanced options to show phone calls like a traditonal phone company which you can print. Vibr is simple:

From Vibr app click on More. Then click on settings then click on E-Mail Message History. It will create a e-mail with a zip (compressed file) with all your messages. Open it in a computer and hit print!!! :)

In general, remember to take with you all kinds of evidence and multiple evidences for the same point. Nothing you said makes you eligible to be black balled by them. But I would not share monetary transactions with them as it could be misinterpreted.
