i-864 address for joint sponsor paperwork

I'm a little confused on the I-864 where it asks for addresses. My fiance will be living with me obviously, but we're using a joint sponsor also who does not live with us. So on page 1, part 1 obviously when the joint sponsor fills it out, he'd mark 1.d., then under that would go my fiance's name, but where it asks for address who's address does it mean? the joint sponsor's? my fiance's in the Netherlands? my address where he will live? and the country of citizenship and alien registration numbers? who's does that part mean?

I see down lower where it asks the sponsor's address and alien registration number...would that be the joint sponsor's info when he fills it out? or mine?
