No one has yet. You can pull the data from the Immigration Timelines tab above. They are currently receiving cases from the week of 8/19-8/23. None from 8/23 received yet per the Immigration Timeline tab..

If this continues. Yours and our should be in two weeks.

Called nvc today and they still have received the case, but I was instructed to call uscis and asked them to track it, which I did. After waiting an hour to speak to someone in tier two position, she indicate to me that it take 6 for nvc to get the case and enter it in their system, and I should get a number by October 21. Called USCIS and spoke to a L2 Immigration officer. She wasn't very forthcoming with info and asked me to wait 2 more weeks and call USCIS back again about my case. Called DOS and still no luck with NVC case number.

Do you think it's just a problem with the California Service center??

I filed through Texas and received my NOA2 on Sept 5th... after calling today to the NVC, they still do not have my case. I also haven't received an updated case status on the USCIS page or any e-mail about it being mailed.

Another woman I talked to on here who is also filing for a Peruvian fiancee through the Texas center was approved YESTERDAY with her NOA2 and received notification today that her case was sent to the NVC.

Should I be worried? Anything I can do?

Thanks!

So far what we've all noticed was that those of us from CSC have had long waits to get to the NVC stage. It's unusual that TSC is taking so long for yours - you might want to call USCIS and ask them to chase up where your file is. Worst case scenario is that TSC sent it off to the NRC (National Records Center) by accident - it's rare, but worth chasing up!
