Has anyone else recieved RFE for I-765. Today i recieved an email requesting for more evidence or information. I have to wait for mail to see what else they are asking for so I am out of luck for 90 days from ND now. It will be 84th day today since my ND and i was looking forward to getting EAD.

RFEs for I-765 are not as common as for I-485s.

Welcome to VJ as you have joined less than a month ago. Please update your timeline before anything else as others need info from it to help you. It also helps VJ to keep statistics accurate as possible.

If your EAD application was concurrently filed with your AOS application, then all you had to send supporting I-765 was a front/back copy of your I-94 and payment of $180. There may be other reasons but as I said more info is needed.

Thank you for your reply. i will put my timeline soon. I have an interview scheduled for 1/23/07. I send all the required documents you mentioned so I am curious to see what they want more.
