Case Number wait time 8 weeks!

I have my NOA2 on 17 september and today i called NVC asked them why its taking to long for giving case number he told me its not our falt the process from USCIS to NVC will take 8 weeks now days , so guys we should wait more !

I called today for mines and received a case number after 1 week.

I called today for mines and received a case number after 1 week.

My NOA2 was on 09/27 as well and NVC haven't received them yet. will call again next week. Thats all i can do i guess.
