There's a couple of things I really like about this thread now:

1) You can literally feel Jean's excitement....

2) And that gives me hope for our situation. Even though they are COMPLETELY different scenarios, it gives me hope that somehow the papers will all get pushed someday into the right pile.

I will be SO happy to change that avatar... You guys would laugh at me if you could see me at my desk. I'm like a flat tire. I'm exhausted. Between this and my stupid back and the darvocet I'll probably sleep all weekend. They are also predicting snow here for Christmas Eve. (I like snows when I have nowhere to go...)

My avatar is some furry little creature hanging perilously from the hand of a clock. I don't have a new one picked out yet. I'll worry about that AFTER he's here. I am happy to say that I don't have to work this weekend, so 3 days to clean and rest. My back is still really bothering me so maybe one day (Saturday) devoted to darvocette, blankies (I have 2 new pillows too, yippee!) and a few movies and the other 2 cleaning and enjoying the holiday. I want to post that again... "VISA WAS ISSUED". Yep. I like that.

I only have monday off.... i'm going to try to clean friday and saturday so I can relax on the holiday and enjoy my day off....

01/10/2008........Two-year green card in hand.

08/08/2009........Our son was born <3

08/08/2009........Filed for removal of conditions.

12/16/2009........ROC was approved.

11/05/2010........Eligible for Naturalization.

03/01/2011........Separated.

11/05/2012........Eligible for Naturalization.

Well, Mohammed doesn't share the enthusiasm. He refuses to talk about it and basically said I'm being played a fool by my government again.

He doesnt want either of you to be disappointed again. But we know they can not say it's done without producing the results. They would have said anything but that to bide more time. Now its true the waiting continues, but you are both so close to the finish now. (F)

No wonder this thread got so long! I check it everyday and was wondering wahappen. I'm going to congratulate you now, Jean, even if Mohammed is still skeptical. I know what that's like; my husband is skeptical about the visa process, too.
