You don't know how I miss those hands. (No, I don't mean naughty stuff...) He still won't believe me. We're having a text argument presently. I dont' blame him. I'm still a bit nervous but the words WAS ISSUED sound a whole lot more comforting then "will be issued".

Jean, I know exactly what you mean... just last nite I told Said I wished he could lay next to me and just put his warm hands on my belly b/c my cramps were soooo bad. When I was in Maroc and had cramps or pains, he would place his hands on my belly and recite bits of the Quran to me. It was so comforting. How I wish those hands could have soothed my aching belly last nite. (L)

You guys are killing me. There is so much I miss about him I can't even begin to list them.

As far as "when" he gets his passport back, time will tell. The Embassy will deliver it to TNT courier service and they in turn contact him. But because he's changed where he's residing right now, they asked him to call them every day and he will go and get it as soon as they have it. I don't know what the holiday schedule will do to the process but I would think he should have it in hand next week. Embassy and TNT are both closed tomorrow, maybe open on Sunday and closed again on Monday, but knowing the Embassy will be closed until Tuesday. BLAH!

Allah tries his chosen people through many hardships, but those who persevere through adversity, surrendering themselves before the will of Allah, shall be blessed with a superb reward.

-The Prophet Muhammad (SAW), as reported by Anas bin Malik

A time will come when the sky is torn apart; when the stars scatter, and the ocean drains away; and when the graves are tossed about, and laid open. At that time every man will be told what he has done, and what he has failed to do; and every woman will be told what she has done, and what she has failed to do.

-Qur'an, Al-Infitar, Surah 82:1-5
