unsubscribing from email updates about consulate reviews

Does anyone know how to unsubscribe from receiving email updates about consulate reviews? Now that we've been approved at the embassy, I no longer need to receive these updates.

I have tried going to my settings and un-checking every email option, yet I still receive 1-3 emails per day about consulate reviews.

The emails themselves also have no "unsubscribe" link.

Any help is greatly appreciated! goofy.gif Thanks!

I think these are when you "follow" a country. I'd go to the UK forum and try to un-follow the UK. Or go to the UK Embassy page and unfollow it there. It's not so much an e-mail setting (but I could be wrong)!

Oct 27 2013: Wedding!
