how do you send an email? to CSC? i only see an option to send erequest on their website and it takes 30 days for them to respond to it.

by the way, have everybody seen the latest news about update on forms to be used...we need to file the DS160 already....effective immediately.it is an online application..

Hi... i know this is off the topic but i was just wondering if you could tell me what documents need for the affidavit of supportbecause in the instruction it did not say anything about tax return and pay stub but i read in some forums that they need that one too... and do it need to be noterilize? mine includes: I-134 form, income tax return form 1040, w2 form, pay stubs, employment letter not just sure about noterilization..

hi! leslie08...i have here two pages of form 1040 for the year 2011 and 2012, 1 page attachment for 2012 which is the (itemized deductions), 1 copy of w2 for last year, so basically i have 5 pages all in all.

hi! have you had your medical already? we just got our mnl case number yesterday, i am going to manila this coming monday and plan on having my medical too, i am just wondering what am i gonna print since nvc only gave us the case number and nothing more...

the SLEC will ask for a copy of an email or anything from NVC stating your manila case number and also they will ask for a confirmation of appointment for interview from USEM ..if you can't provide them that yet, just tell them that you got it from NVC and if you haven't scheduled your interview yet, just tell them that you haven't scheduled it yet...
