keep on calling.. sometimes... d case number already there.. my visa case number touched on USEM last sept 27, but we didnt received any notice or email... even i kept on calling and sending msgs. same reply from d USEM, try to call at late noon, .. .

I'm from csc... i happen to get in da line but they still don't have my case number my noa2 was sept 13...

i called USEM too.. and just like you no option stated as of how to talk to a customer rep.the options provided didn't suit to what information we wanted

Call again din press 0 to be connected to a customer service rep...

wala pa eh tumawag ako from the philippines if that is the question. wla na kc time tumawag fiance ko, busy n sa work.

we got our NOA2 sept 17, pero naman gurls, july 26, 2012 pa ang filing date namin noh

ang malabo, when i call nvc, wla pa daw s kanila, pag tinawagan nmn ng fiance ko ang uscis, nai send out n daw nila.... 1 year and 3 months na kami naghihintay pero niloloko pa din kami

try mo kaya ang DOS sabi nila na mas madali daw tumawag n hindi ka mahihintayin ng matagal.

tumawag kami noong oct5..mas mabilis nga kaya lng wala pa rin yong case number namin..bukas tatawag kami ulit..

hopefully nandiyan na..

don't schedule your medical yet wait until you can schedule your interview the medical can not be more then two weeks before the interview or you will have to do it again that is what me and my wife had to do the medical takes 2 days so plan accordingly

I called up St. Luke's this morning and said I can do the medical even if I don't have schedule for interview yet/ They will just note it on my file...:-) so I will do it!:-)

parang sa texas kami d ako sure...either lng sa dalawa..

ang fiance ko tumawag ngayon...at wala paring positive na result...

sabi daw hintay hangang end of the month..ahhhhhhhh..cguro aabot talaga ng

8weeks...43 days na kmi from noa2...6weeks na...

sana na man..hindi na aabot ng november

our NOA2 was on aug.27 its been 40 days ..

yeah...we called NVC 2 days ago but they said to call back after 8 weeks...but we saw others call US Embassy Manila so that what we did today and luckily they gave us our Manila case number this morning...:-) yes, you should try to check and so you can move forward...I will schedule my medical next week...I called St. Luke's this afternoon and they said that I just have to print out the confirmation from CEAC website and I can show it to them on the day of my medical. so goodluck to you!
