no birth certificate.... that´s for the interview... I highly recommend that you translate the divorce decree that you will be sending to avoid an RFE... good luck....

The foreign fiance(e)'s birth certificate is not needed until their K-1 visa interview. Her divorce decree needs to be translated to English because all documents sent to the USCIS that are not in English must be accompanied by an English translation and include a certification by the translator > http://www.visajourney.com/content/translations
