Hello.... It is very weird... I have seen a few VJers have gone thru the same thing but I am not sure what to do.... My fiance comes and visits the US on a B2 visa and for the past three entries, the I94 record is not found on the online system.... I am not sure what to do.... we are nervous as we don´t want immigration to think that he´s overstaying... but they do not tell him anything every time he enters... they just stamp his passport and that´s it... the stamp says until what date he can stay here, basically 6 months from now... ANYONE with the same problem?? what do we do?? especially since now we are in the K1 visa process and we just don´t want any issues.... he comes and stays for vacation a few days and leaves the country.... ANY INPUT please!!! thanks....

It happened the same to me....and I needed my I-94 in order to send my AOS package.

I tried changing my last name, some dates, to see if was a mistake, but nothing happened.........so I called CBP and they told me to go to the nearest airport (it wasn't my POE) and look for them.

I went there, look for CBP office, and they printed out a copy of my I-94. They told me that since is a "new" process, they could have some problems, and that in my case, the system at CBP wasn't matching with the system of DOS, where they link all the information of arrivals/departures.

Good luck!

As far as I am aware the new system was never going to have record of your old I-94.

makes sense... ugh.... I think that´s what´s happening... the system is not matching the records.... we will try to go to MIA and check it out.... this new system and electronic I94s is creating some trouble haha... but I am sure eventually it will get fixed.. thanks for the heads up... it is really helpful.....
