I agree very much with what you wrote, and think this is true with those hateful toward anything/anyone. Every second you spend thinking about how much you hate something or someone that can't be changed is a waste of time, and gives you a worse outlook overall.

Yeah, what he said.

They are not American white.

But I notice you did not say American black as opposed to Jamaican or African black

Why is that ?

In the end racist people are the biggest losers. You lose friends, smiles, and times where you could have been happy but was not because you were too busy frowning at that person with the dark skin color that did nothing wrong to ya.

How come a racist could not be a person frowning at a person with light skin color that did nothing to them

You keep claiming to be color blind but all your examples keep pointing toward a strong bias against white people

or your example could have simply said frown at a person of a different race or culture. Oddly you lasered in on white people again

I think maybe if we got you in some sensitivity training you mind examine your self and find out you are not as racially neutral as you think

I actually have taken note of that too.

Often times those who think they are above natural inclinations ..... in reality harbor a few other their own.

People that have a biased against whites are just as bad in my book. You know me outside of this insane asylum a bit. I'd never treat anyone like I know who they are based on their skin tone. I've met plenty of racist minorities and I didn't give them a pass because of their race. Some in my own family are horribly racist and I don't associate with them because of that character flaw.

We all prejudge to some extent, you're right. But it's when you make those people prove they are not that stereotype in your mind, that's is when you make the choice to act on those prejudice's.

Case in point, the one other Hispanic at work my work is a manager and a total moron, I make no excuses for morons and I think he should be demoted or fired because he has IT pamphlet knowledge (knows all the acronyms) and that's dangerous. I don't feel like I need to treat him any different than any other person nor do I feel his ignorance effects me. He's just another dude. I'm another person and only my actions reflect on me.

I'd like to think more people are good than bad, no matter what the color...but I'm not naive, that's not always true.

What's worse is I have to constantly correct him and try to remain diplomatic about it. It's like a herding cats with this guy.

I try to use regular speech as much as possible and he's full on IBM conference rep. IT is geeky enough as it is...jesus.

My fiancé says you must be a good person because your wife is good and of course I wouldn't choose a bad person to talk to...lol Based on the ex-wife I chose that idea could not be entirely accurate. :)

Secret is safe sir...

They do police chases all the time without killing people. The morals in our country really are going down the

toilet.

If you have ever been in the area of DC where the shooting occurred you might understand just what a menace this lady made of herself. I don't doubt for a moment law enforcement involved felt compelled to end the incident immediately and were likely quite justified in shooting first and asking questions later.

I feel bad for the child and her mother but I don't think it was moral decay that caused the shooting.

I was actually there a few weeks ago..In the very spot

The barricade did it's job. There were at least 3 more barricades at several intense layers of security between her and the white house

If this execution had happened Houston Texas by some police officer named John Smith, everyone would be in an uproar.
