Hey Guys, I checked the USCIS sit and guess what.... STILL F CKING show Initial Review after 7 Months. Should I or should I ?

Is your I-130 sitting at Overland Park, KS? They've basically been holding I-130's since right around your date.

Based on what someone else did on the April 2013 I-130 thread I used random MSC numbers to try to figure out what is going on.

Any of the #'s before MSC1390787999 - March 14 - seems to show movement (April 30th or earlier) and the March 15 dates and later still seem to all be initial review.

The Overland Park facility supposedly started processing again at the beginning of October, which means your file should be looked at very very soon!

my i-130 case priority is also 4th march 2013 and me em also waiting for NOA2.. when it will be approved guys.. ? em still in initial review... :-(

Depends on your field office. Most of them are backlogged, just like the NBC. Write to your congressman and senators. If more of us do that, maybe something will happen.

Remember that there are a lot of i130 concurrent filers doing adjustment of status and they get approved fast. We are stand alone i130 filers.

exactly! After researching it all we decided to go with cr-1 - even though the k-1 is going so much faster. I just have to remember that there is still more to do after the fiancee arrives in the US and that is why we went the route we did. sigh. my spouse is canadian, so technically he could come be here with me for the next 6 months but wouldnt be able to work. Same thing would be if we went the k-1 route...he could be here, but wouldnt be able to work until ead and stuff went through. I figure it all pans out int he end and by going cr-1 is costs less $$.

anyhow - yeah - helps knowing there are other people going through the same thing i have no idea how I would handle this process withouth vj!
