Good morning everyone

We are sending off the 2 year waiver request packet (DS 3035)to Washington today and will be sending the 3rd party packet as well.

Does that packet, along with it's 3rd party barcode page, go to the EVP where the request application is sent to in the Phiippines? Or does that go seperately to the Philippine Embassy?

My fiance is in the Philippines right now and so since she is requresting the NOS through the EVP, we are wondering if this 3rd party barcode page/packet go to the same place or somewhere else?

Also, is there anything else that needs to go into that packet besides the barcode if it's not going to the EVP in the Philippines?

Sorry for so many questions. Just trying to get this all taken case of right the first time so it can move as quickly as possible. We're trying to get this done ASAP as her employer is wanting to bring her over on an H1B.

Thank you

PS I posted this question on another forum but I think that wasn't the right forum so I'm posting it here just in case.
