Hi,

I need urgent help please!

I came to USA at June 2013 with my visitor visa and I filled I-821 TPS (for Syria) and I-765 EAD and till now it's pending.

My brother in overseas is sick and I want to go to see him and here is my questions:

1. Do I need to fill I-131 advanced payroll to leave the USA and re enter? or I can leave without fill I-131 and re enter to USA with my valid B2 visa? because I already booked a flight at 10/15/2013 and i think form I-131 will take so much time to be approved since my 2 applications still pending and till now I didn't received the bio-metric appointment and I know that form I-131 request a bio-metric appointment to be approved.

Do I'll face a problem when I want to re enter USA with my B2 visa while my cases still pending?

If my cases canceled by USCISwhile I am out of USA do I'll face any problems for enter USA later as visitor?

2. Can I cancel my both cases while they are still pending and just leave the USA? do I'll face any problems if I come later to USA as visitor with valid visa because I cancelled my 2 applications?

Please I need your answer ASAP

Thanks for your help.
