Question about OPT changing job

I have a problem at my current OPT status. I have accumulated 89 unemployment days. My current job started at Aug 12th and I found new one will start on Nov 4th. For the end date of my current job, may I choose Nov 3rd? (The problem about Nov 3rd is Sunday) However I have only one legal unemployment day. Under this circumstance, what should I do? Hope anyone can help me, many thanks!
