Topic pretty much says it.

The guide posted by VJ for K1 Step by Step doesnt mention in the required forms to prepare I-134 Affidavit of Support but on USCIS website and other websites it says to prepare and send I-134 Affidavit of Support in the petition package. Is there a error or am i missing something?

Hmmm, not try to offend you, I guess you're missunderstanding what it says. if you read I-129F instruction it doesn't say anything about ensemble affidavit support into I-129F unless they changed the requirements recently.

the I-134 is submitted with the visa application to the consulate, not with the I-129f petition to USCIS. The exact details of when to send it depend on which consulate.

Does that mean that she should send an I-134 Affidavit of Support to me and i should take it to Consulate for the submission along with the copies of her original I-129F petition?

Yes, you only need the I-134 at the consulate/embassy stage. 125% of the poverty guidelines is required, depending on her household size - listed here: http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/i-864p.pdf

wow thanks, thats an excellent form.

One question though, is that on yearly basis? My petitioner household contains 3 people so does that mean she must be making 24,412 USD$ per year or her whole family should be making 24,412 USD$?

Yes, her (only her) annual, gross income. Household is a misleading term - it refers to the number of people who are dependent on your fiance for support (such as her minor children, if any). Does not refer to the number of people living under one roof. My fiance and I have interpreted this to mean the number of people he claims as dependents when he files taxes. The household size should include you, so, minimally, a household size of two.

So that means she should be making 19,000 USD yearly to be able to support herself +1 (that would be me?)
