I'm a little confused as to the whole medical examination thing for AOS. I'm under the impression that my wife doesn't need to get a full exam again and submit the I-693. She just had her exam for a K-1 visa in September, and I've read from other sections of this site that the medical forms should have been in the sealed packet given to USCIS at the POE. If she doesn't need the exam again, then should we send in her copy of the vaccinations or should we submit the I-693A/supplement? The form she was given from St. Luke's in the Philippines looks almost exactly like the supplement I-693 form except it is called a US Dept. of State worksheet. Also, she was not able to get a TD shot in the Philippines. Will she still need to go to the doctor and get this shot or will it be waived? Thanks.
