And also, i did not receive any notification that they got the docs i sent. I actually called their call center the day i sent my docs to ask if i will receive notifications when they receive my docs but the agent told me that the embassy will not notify you. However, she gave me an email add where i can ask about my case. It's ivmanilareplies@state.gov.... Go to manila embassy website to see the "format" they want for the email so they could easily sort out ur email to them... Just type in "ivmanilareplies" in the search engine of manila embassy's website so u wont have to browse thru everything... Lets all keep our hopes high smile.png

You will receive an email from USEM saying that they have in hand the docs you sent and that they handed it to a consular officer for review.. I have been emailing that email address, but what I get is just an automated response..Mine took a week before they emailed me that my docs are for review..

My interview was on Sept.25,they kept my passport but requested another divorce documents from my fiance. I sent the documents Sept.30 and 2go sent me an SMS that USEM received the package though it said "NO POD 10/02/2013". What does it mean?

I checked status today, it is updated 03 Oct. 2013, though it didn't change anything its still in AP with 221G.

Does it mean that they have not reviewed the documents I sent?

Did you drop a copy or original documents? At first, I was asked for a copy and a week after, the Embassy called me asking for original divorce papers.. We have the same issue ..

Let's hope and pray that they will be releasing our visas soon.. It has been 3 weeks since my interview....

Thanks! There is hope. Let's just be thankful that our case was not that worse like the others who had gone to 2nd interview/FPU (i saw some cases on visa journeys facebookpage). Our wait is worth it. May pag-asa. hehe

Mismo! Actually I am feeling a bit depressed already.. 3 weeks of waiting you know.. Good thing my Fiance's telling me that at least, after we complied to their 1st request, someone from USEM called me for another docs.. well, they are working on my papers, hehe!

I submitted my fiance's paystubs last Sept 30 in a 2Go branch and by October 1, it was received by the embassy, my case was under "administrative processing" until today October 3, it changed to "your case is open.....".....

i sure hope our case would be "ISSUED" soon... smile.png

Hoping and Praying :) My status hasn't been updated since September 26 and that really makes me feel so worried..

I dropped an original copy of Certificate of Divorce, different from what I submitted during the interview. I really hope it's what they're looking for. It would be more upseting if they'll ask for another one. Thanks Keane! I hope you'll have your visa soon...

When did you submit your F's pay stubs? How long did they notify you that they have the documents already? I was interviewed last Sept 12 and was asked for documents too. A week after submitting it, they asked for the original docs which was sent by my F. The documents were received at USEM last Monday (via Fed Ex), but USEM hasn't notified me about it yet.

Hopes up! We'll receive our visas soon. In 2 business days, your status might be 'ISSUED' already :)
