Congratulation i hope it will go well for you , for us it might take a little more time as we did our biometrics back in November and we recived potential interview waived letter back in January our office is Dallas and as of last week update it was at June by January 31 so I anticipate another 2 months at least if nothing magical happen

Good luck on your interview

That's definitely good news! It means processing is moving along. Hopefully, we'd get something soon too! :D (Our Field Office, Saint Paul MN, is stuck at August 20, 2013 as of January 31st 2014!)

Why would local field office processing impact us who got interview waivers?

Just out of curiosity those who got the interview set for April did you receive the potential interview waived before and now you got the interview? Or you haven’t heard anything from them since biometric until you received the letter for interview?

After biometric in november we received the EAD in December and it went to Interview & testing stage for 3 months until i got interview letter by mail. My case is still on T&I right now. I had even spoken to someone the day i received my mail and they didnt have any updates for me neither. uscis has alot going on i guess smh

GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!!!

Glad to see a lot of October filers getting their GCs. Congrats to all!

For us, we got a call from our attorney on Thursday that our local office lost my husband's medical records. It was the "troubleshooter" in our local office said he has our case, has been waiting for the medical to show up so he can approve it..does not need to interview us, etc. but we then had to go get another medical. Unbelievable. So the dr took him Thursday and he has to go back tomorrow (not sure how many docs are open on Sundays but this one is) and get his TB test measured.

We could either go there in two weeks and give him the results but since our lawyer was going to immigration next week anyway, he's going to bring it for us...so we should be approved and have our green card very soon. Of course we had to pay for that mishap ($250). Thankfully my hubby had his paperwork from his doctor with his immunizations because if he had gotten them in London, that would have been lost ..unreal. Can't wait until we can be done with the gov't for the next 2 years..ugh.

October Filer - AOS approved today 3/26/14 - Interview Waiver 1/10/14

Looks like Oct processing is picking up and all the other ones still waiting should be seeing activity soon.

Good luck everyone!

Because the interview waivers are actually a result of slow processing and pile up of cases? It seems that they're still sorting out through tons of applications. AND CONGRATS on the approval! We hope we'll hear (approval) news soon too. Would really hate to drive to Bloomington MN for an interview. Ugh. That means both my husband and I would have to miss at least 2 days of work.
