update on me: sent out number of applications, got rejections only so far. Will continue on after tomorrow :)

GC received on the 28th of February, 2014 - no interview, no additional RFE's

Divorced as of September, 2014

NOA1 for ROC 14 October, 2014

Been a minute since ive been on here, been really busy with xmas and kids and all that. Hope everyone had a wonderful holiday!

I am typing this in our hotel in Memphis, bc my interview is TOMORROW! AHH I cant believe it! Nervous wreck right now bc I feel totally unprepared.. but we are meeting our attorney tomorrow morning to have a prep session before my interview @1:30 Please send good vibes and prayers! Xoxo

11-04-2013 - Received Biometric appointment notice for I-485 and I-765 on 11-18-2013

11-18-2013 - Done Biometric appointment

11-27-2013 - I-485 Status changed to Interview and Testing

12-19-2013 - I-765 online status changed to Card/Doc. Production, I-131 Approved, status change to Post Decision

Hey guys I just want to ask, I filed for i-765 and i-485 AOS last Sep 27, 2013. My wife and I got married and submitted paperwork. I got my employment authorization card last Dec 5, 2013. It's been 95 days today since I filed the paperwork but no word yet from my i-485 still on interview scheduling since Oct 31, 2013. I called USCIS and they said to expect something on the end of January or end of Feb. Does it really take that long sometimes? end of Jan or end of Feb marks the 4th and 5th month from filing date. I live in Dallas, TX.

I need help guys I'm starting to get anxious.

No word yet from mine either. My I-485 status is still "in review".

One September filer friend I had got her "potential waiver for interview and her case is at the same center as mine, St. Paul MN. Based on another thread in vj, that waiver means no interview BUT more waiting.

I'm kinda expecting to get that same mail one of these days. Since St. Paul MN is probably backlogged. Haven't checked the processing times yet though. :(

does anyone know what kinda insurance for the new green card holders? if i have not find a job yet, where i can get it? ..i heard under the new law, you have to buy insurance.(my spouse can not add me to his plan)

hmm. i did not hear about that. my husband was able to add me under all his insurances (in august): car, health, life. i was actually added in my maiden name then we got married and had my name changed in said insurances.
