Can I have a question here about our AOS filed with me K1 and my son K2. I messed up about his I-94 that I put my number of I-94 also on his. can we receive an RFE for this? I thought we will have the same I-94 number. By the way, we had our biometrics done on november 20.

Today, I noticed that K1 and K2 have different I-94 number. I messed up because I put on my son's I-94 is same as mine. I am so worried now. Can we have RFE for this? your opinions are highly appreciated...Thanks

LittleNose,

If USCIS cannot figure out your son's actual I-94 they may come back and ask you for this, but you probably included photo copies of both I-94 forms in your application so I bet they correct your mistake (hopefully).

dove_24,

Unfortunately, what I included also for his application were photo copies of my I-94. I hope they already corrected it since we're waiting for EAD to work emmediately because he is already 18 and hopefully he can go to school on next school year.
