We got our notification for work and travel just now. Anyone hearing how AOS I-485 applications are coming along at NBC?

Everything we filed went to NBC, now only I 485 has been transfered to the local office.( but no changes yes, still in "scheduling and interview" since November the 16th) so maybe they transfer your case at the local office too! Which you can find out only by calling I guess..

Curiosity When did you file for work permit?

Curiosity When did you file for work permit?

We filed AOS, Work, Travel all at the same time on Oct 1, 2013. My timeline is updated so you can check. As for AOS it's been complete silence since NOA1. Did you receive a notification that it was transferred to local ofc?

No, I did not receive anything.

I called, and they told me the case was transfered and currently under review.

But No letter since the first NOA1.

and No answer for the work permit ether...but looks like everything still on time, so far...it is just a pain the waiting!

GC received on the 28th of February, 2014 - no interview, no additional RFE's

Got email this morning that EAD card was mailed, so that's 3 days from production to date of mailing, hopefully will arrive by Monday night !

Same here, got notification saying that the card has been mailed out. It took me 4 days from the production date though.

Hope we got the tracking # really soon today.... let us know when you get yours :)

Congrats to all with cards on the way or received! We still haven't heard anything but I'm thinking we probably won't until middle to late next week...so I'm trying to be patient! :)

On December 6, 2013, your I131, APPLICATION FOR USCIS TRAVEL DOCUMENT was terminated because you acquired status or the benefit being sought through other means. No further action will be taken on this case. You will be notified of the decision by mail.

I guess it's because my Green card is approved that's why they terminated it. Well this is a good thing but I worry because the status of my I-485 has changed from Card/Production to Decision Status :-/ I wonder if this is just a glitch

got my email stating it was mailed this morning! yay when should I expect a tracking #?

omg I just got an email stating "post decision activity" ####### does that mean... no tracking # yet, im worried surely though they wohldnt deny it after sending me an email that it has been mailed....help?

I read it somewhere that it is actually normal some people also got that, so don't think u need to worry... i am waiting for tracking # too
