Just got alert that my EAD card is ordered for production today, not bad considered there was Thanksgiving break. As I was writing, another alert for AP :)

Hopefully, the cards will be mailed out soon. No interview has been scheduled for me yet though.

It is snowing outside, winter has officially arrived....

you are right - although my hubby would say the Type-A, Northeastern in me is not that good with the patience part. biggrin.png

I did notice several people after us are in EAD card production as of today, so maybe they were walk-ins or even better maybe ours will come up tomorrow. smile.png

Maybe this week is our week. XD

I got three alerts. SMS, Email and Status change on the USCIS Website. Actually double that up, my husband got the alerts too (because we added the case numbers to his old USCIS account for my K1).

I just got an alert this morning that the Combo Card has been mailed out! biggrin.png

Okay that's good! Because I thought I saw most were referring to emails, so i figured maybe the USCIS website people were being lazy with updates. Lol. And congrats! Hope you get it soon!

USCIS My Case Status Update:

On December 3, 2013, we mailed you an appointment notice for an interview for January 8, 2014. Please follow the instructions on the notice, etc...

November 19 is when I got the e-mail saying that our case is ready for interview scheduling (2 weeks ago). I guess it takes a while between that step and actually deciding on the interview date but it's alright because my wife should be receiving her EAD tomorrow, thank God!

Best of luck to all my fellow October filers :)

Sincerely,
Ramsey

this morning's status shows the EAD card being in production, but AP is still stuck in the initial review phase

how odd....I am guessing they will both be "in production" before the card is mailed, seeing as they typically issue a combo card these days

did this split happen to anyone else? also, never got the e-mail or text, even though I got them for all four of the NOA's

I have my EAD combo card saying it serves as AP but there iPad been no update to my 10/1 filing and initial review stage for AP. Don't sweat it. Edited by TeamM&M
