I recieved my interview letter. =) But still no EAD. My timeline says between the 27-30 of Nov so we will see if it comes through today.

Entered on B2 with parents in 1994.

09-26-13 - Recieved @ Chicago Lockbox

10-4-13 - email & txt receipt ( checked uscis website 765 is in "initial processing" & 485 is "acceptance")

10-7-13 - NOA x2 Hardcopies

10 -12-13 - Atty recieved Biometric letter (appt is Nov 4, 2013 @1pm in Nashville, tn) =) =) =)

11-04-13 - Biometrics completed! easy peasy! (day 39)

11-25-13- email&txt for interview

11-29-13- NOA2 Interview letter (Dec 30,2013)

12-02-13- EAD APPROVED!!!!!!!!! =)=)=)=) (day 68)

That's good news though! :) Days after the interview, you'll get your GC approved :)

Dhl is one of the best couriers for international mail.

10.31.13 I485 Status changed to testing and interview while all the rest are still at initial review

11.27.13 (day 56) I-131 approved and on post decision activity while EAD is on card production #confused

12.06.13 the EAD/AP card combo arrived and was sent to my home country via DHL.I LEFT WITHOUT IT !!and i arrived in the US just fine dancin5hr.gif

my interview is on dec 30 @ 1:30pm. In memphis, a 6hr drive away =/

and my ead approval did not come through today either its still in "initial review" ...

Happy holidays all,

We submitted my wife's k-1 AOS and combo card application on October 3 with a NOA of 10/10/14.

We haven't received any alerts and we constantly check the status online.

Anyone adjusting their status in or around Los Angeles?

my wife is adjusting in SoCal and her NOAs were on Oct 7th and still no EAD/AP card production yet (only the interview has been scheduled).... do not worry

I didn't do an early walk in either. No use feeling bad about it though so I'm just trying my best to be patient about it lol. Looks like most of them got an email about the EAD productionm and not by seeing the change status on the USCIS website. Hoping the rest of us will get the email confirmation this week :) <3

you are right - although my hubby would say the Type-A, Northeastern in me is not that good with the patience part. :D

I did notice several people after us are in EAD card production as of today, so maybe they were walk-ins or even better maybe ours will come up tomorrow. :)

I got three alerts. SMS, Email and Status change on the USCIS Website. Actually double that up, my husband got the alerts too (because we added the case numbers to his old USCIS account for my K1).

I just got an alert this morning that the Combo Card has been mailed out! biggrin.png

It won't be long. You'll go straight to GC after interview and just skip EAD/AP. I think it's because you've been married since 2006. (Though I'm not so sure. I'm just throwing in a possible scenario) :D

On December 2, 2013, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

Got my Card Production Alert on Nov. 27. This morning it changed the Date to Mailed out on Dec 2. I guess 5 days then?
