another week will start lets all hope that we will hear the good new soon :)

The week is almost done but no news on my end. Boooo USCIS. LOL

Hi Mrs P - I don't think what is posted as the date is accurate - Newark still says they are working on August and they said they had our case for a few weeks ready to approve waiting for the medical results to miraculously show up. Hopefully you will hear something soon! :)

Still with crossed toes right now! Haha Work's keeping me busy at least.

wow - that is awesome! I didn't know they even did that - I thought everyone had to go to the conditional green card? Congrats!!

sorry Mrs P - glad work is keeping you busy. :) My hubby is not as lucky on that front...he had to get other transcripts from the UK that he didn't think he'd need and that's delayed us from getting his teaching degree converted but hopefully that will be done next month so we can hopefully secure a teaching position for him for September. If we had to do this over again, as a teacher I think we would have been better off doing the other marriage visa where you wait a little longer but when he got here, he'd have the green card and we could have timed it better for him for teaching. oh well - too late now!

I did not know either. So you came on k1, got married, filed AOS and got a 10-year GC right away? Interesting! I thought everyone got the conditional one first unless you had been married for more than 2 years?!
