I have started getting together all the info needed to submit my k1 visa for my fianceewhich I met in 2010 and am wondering how much is too much info as far as the proof of relationship and proof that I have seen him in person in the last 2 years. I have been 4 times to see him over the last 2 years and have tons of pictures tons of conversation spanning over 4 yrs , letters, mailed and recieved packages we have sent to each other telephone logs...receipts of when i have gone ...boarding passes...inteneraries for my 4 trips..passprt stamp copies...reciepts of entrace visas for me entering the domincan republic ...western union receipts...letter of intent to marry within 90 days from the both of us....a signed declaration written by my fiancee and the people present when he asked me to marry him..a letter of proof of our relationship that goes with question #36 on the i-129f petition......and the list goes on. I just dont wanna do overkill but I dont want to get an RFE. I also am not sure about how many pictures is sufficient to send because I have soooooo many to choose from, and if I can send those picture collages that can be made at those walmart kiosks to complie the pics on one foto page instead of sending 50 pics to span over the last 4yrs. Can someone please please enlighten me. Thanks sooo sooo much

10 pictures should be sufficient, likewise the phone log, passports and all. You just want something to prove the relationship is genuine. And be very detailed in your question 36. Once they believe relationship is genuine, you should be fine....So you don't need to send too much lol

The more you send the better!! I sent 100 pics goofy.gif .. Make sure you keep an exact copy of everything just as you submit it. Date your pics on the back, include the names of the people in the pics and the location of where they were taken. I put my pics in a zip-lock bag to keep them organized.

You sound fully prepared.. I wish you the best of luck.. Be patient my friend ClockWatch2.gif

8-10 pictures are fine, a mixture of pictures will do, family and friends, and a few of you and him together, As well as one or two page of phone log, and a few pages of chat logs, that should be ENOUGH proof.

Be detail but str8 to the point in question #38, don't drag on giving the explaination and DON'T over do it in writing 2 or 3 pages.

Make sure to include the LETTER OF INTEND TO MARRY by the both of yous (Lots of people tend to forget to include this) and you should be good to go!

Good Luck!
