Iv fee from not available to not paid but showing $0

Hello everyone. We filled up our ds261 last Sept. 13. I called awhile ago regarding our ds261 'cause until now we haven't gotten our iv fees. I was told that he'll send our iv fee shortly. Now when I logged in at ceac, on the iv fee, before it was showing not available, now it is saying not paid. When I click pay, there is $0 iv fee and my sister's name isn't there(mom's the petitioner). We also didn't receive any email from NVC saying that our choice of agent had been accepted. Anyone who experienced this? Thank you and God bless

Same thing is happening to me. Were you able to pay the IV fee already? I see you posted this a week a go and wanted to know if you got it resolved.
