I came in US, by k-1 visa , I am married with my fiance during 90 days. We filled out the I-485 on Nov, 2011, I had biometric after 2 months, they sent detection paper (8 months after Bio) , it show my case went to CSC , No interview too , after several times to call the USCIS and no result for my case. One time we went to infopass alst summer 2012 , but nothing happend, the clerk just put my number in his computer and siad just wait , after long waiting and again called the USCIS , They ask me to have another biometric ( 22 months after marry) , now I waiting still for green card, No EAD, No AP, I am really tired and i feel sick about it. Please help me to know what i should to do?

Now on Nov,2013 my married will be over than 2 years and still no green card too.

Do you think I should take a lawyer or what actually i should to do ?

Thanks everybody.

I wish there was like a manager or something people can go to at times like these.. its so frustrating and not fair. I hope it gets resolves asap. If it wasnt costly I would restart the whole I485 again but I know it is sad.png I dont know what a lawyer can do. Do talk to your senator about it, skip the email and the phone calls and go to their office if you can (if they allow such a thing) and talk to him'her or their staff face to face so they can see your distress. Tell them you havent been able to work for the past two years and for this reason your family has had hardships, etc. Hopefully they can get this resolved.

Good luck
