NVC Invoice ID Number ?

I have the NVC Case Number, but don't know what the NVC Invoice ID Number is. How to pay fees and send the documents and how much fees pay?(per person otherwise?? Or not??) I haven't received a message from NVC,  Any ideas?NVC contact number I will found but not received call.

i 130 processing approved.next step how to do?

Priority date 6Jan,2008.
