I have the NVC Case Number, but don't know what the NVC Invoice ID Number is. To fill out the DS-260, it's asking for that, and saying to refer to the message from NVC. I haven't received a message from NVC, but they told me the case number and said the package shipped to the embassy the day before the gov't shut down at midnight. Any ideas?

Thanks for all of your replies - I called and they were very helpful. I was suprised that they are open during the shut down. Maybe that's why the wait time was so short, under 15 minutes.

Question : how much was the IV APPLICATION FEE? Bc we are in process of them recieving choice of agent form and that would be our next step, but ive seen that its 404$$ but i was told it was 230$$.

How much did you pay recently? Thanks in advance

Yes $88 for AOS Sorry for my last post. Unfortunately that takes a while to generate once they received and confirm. They will respond you right away either email or by mail. You would see if it's paid. . Or in process. And one thing have you ever receive DS3032? This one if you choose your self as a agent of that case so tha all correspondence will be directly forward to you.

At this time DS3032 was changed to Ds261 (choice of agent)it must be completed online.Ds260 filling out for immigrant visa and alien registration online. Unless you choose Ds230 through manual form

When you log onto the system to pay AOS and IV fees, you enter your NVC case number and IIN number. My question is, when you receive an email to pay AOS and an email to pay IV fee, is the IIN number the same or it is different? Because I paid the AOS fee recently but the option to pay IV fee is not available. It is somewhat logical since I did not receive (yet) the IV fee invoice...

Don't wait on an email telling you when the IV fee is available. I never got one. I just checked the site every day after submitting the DS-261. The IIN is the same for both fees.
