Date applied April 2010 for sister, still no approval of notice.

Hi everyone,

Does any one know what is the processing time for I-130 for sister and brother?

I applied for my two of the brother in Jan 2010 and we got the approval notice in 2012, but my sister's application was sent in apr 2010 and still nothing.

so what is the processing time is!!!

Timeline

Depends in which category they fall in. Usually takes around 10-13 years though. Check the visa bulletin from USCIS: http://travel.state.gov/visa/bulletin/bulletin_1360.html

It's amazing how many questions can be resolved with a 2 minute Google search...

No, i was saying the second notice of action....does it really take that much time? because when i applied for my two brothers in jan 2010 ...they got their first notice of action that they received the paperwork in same month..then second notice of action we got in july 2010.
