My status says "at nvc" and mentions i will receive instructions. Does anyone remember getting a letter or some form of instruction from nvc? Or am i supposed to just wait till its shipped to consolate? Without the vj family id be lost....

 

8/22/15 Received notice of interview "call in letter" for September 1st 8am

9/01/15 AOS Interview Houston-APPROVED!

9/01/15 Card in production, Welcome notice has been mailed

9/05/15 Welcome Notice Received

9/08/15 Greencard was mailed

9/10/15 GREENCARD RECEIVED!!!!!!!!

6/2/17 mailed I-751 to csc priority mail

7/1/17 I-751 returned rejected (multiple items)

7/3/17 I-751 mailed again with signature confirmation

7/6/17 second I-751 delivered and signed for by Daniel Manchaca

7/10/17  Check Cashed

7/10/17  NOA

7/22/17  Biometrics letter for 8/2/17

8/02/17 Biometrics appointment DONE

3/05/18 case moved to local office

8/25/18 Extension letter (18 months)

9/29/18 service request submitted

10/06/18 response to service request

10/11/18  approved. No RFE, no interview

10/16/18  approval letter received in the mail

10/19/18 greencard received

No. The messages on the web site do not mean anything. Mine says 'In Transit' and that I should have received Interview date. But when called, they mentioned that those messages are very generic and that if there is any real communication that it would come through email. Good luck.

12/02/2012 - Met online

02/15/2013 - Met in person and got engaged

03/07/2013 - I-129F sent

03/11/2013 - NOA 1

08/08/2013 - NOA 2

09/06/2013 - NVC Received

09/30/2013 - NVC Left

10/07/2013 - Packet 3 (India does not send packet 3 anymore, instead received email instructing to register at ustraveldocs.com and follow instructions)

10/07/2013 - Packet 4 (India does not send packet 4 anymore, instead received email instructing to register at ustraveldocs.com and follow instructions)

10/19/2013 - Medical

10/28/2013 - Interview & approved (pre-poned from 11/25/2013 to 10/28/2013 as we were fotunate to find one earlier through ustraveldocs.com)

11/25/2013 - Visa in hand

11/28/2013 - Arrived in SanFrancisco

give it a day or two and start calling NVC @ 603-334-0700 and ask if they received it. If they have ask for your case #. Once you have your case # you can check the status @ https://ceac.state.gov/CEACStatTracker/Status.aspx?... It will say READY when they are done with it and will also say when it's sent to DR (status updated date).. I would say mine was in and out (read my timeline).

My case was sent to NVC on the 30th of september u think its too soon to contact them? or am i suppose to wait for another case status change ? I'm so lost lol

If it was sent to NVC on Sept 30th you can try calling today you might have luck.. Mine got there very fast and they have me my SDO # quickly.. If not try calling Friday
