My friend's daughter( under 18) has appoitment for her gc here in US but she is not here,she is in Brazil.The petitioner is my friend's husband who is Us citizen.My friend wonder because she did not receive any letter for her petition aproved,and nothing else.She did not have medical exame requested,also not background from Brazil.Why her interview is not in Brazil?
