Hello @dahlia0811, nice to hear an update from you about your marriage. I have been following all your post ever since I signed up here on VJ. My only worry now is travelling alone going to the USA, my POE is Detroit and another flight to Peoria, I tend get sick with long hours of flight! Shucks! Anyway, I am glad I wasn't able to experience the BRIBE in CFO, it was really smooth and easy with me, I am happy. The person who reported him is also a member here on VJ. smile.png

Hi Flory!!! Thank you for reading our post =). I am not sure of your first stop prior to Detroit POE, you can bring Bonamine with you. Sleep is very important in travelling, I know it is not easy because we are anxious or nervious about our first flight.

What I remember the very first time I flew in WA, 15 years ago I took pills that makes you sleep. It was excedrin PM =), which helps me. But this trip I have last August hardly slept in the plane, because I had a red flag cray5ol.gif. I hate travelling with montly period.

And also bring goodies with you. Candies or chocolate bars it may help. I get indigestion sometimes, it will be helpful you have some First Aid pills and also for headache etc. It is ok to bring meds except for those prescription meds.

For CFO, I guess the only thing we need is, we should be "ARMED with Confidence".

It's been a week now since Cjmc and I got married...dancin5hr.gif whoottttttt. Now we are waiting for the submitted filled marriage license, need to go back to VJ mode reading again for the next steps. idea9dv.gif.

If you need some help, advice, or assitance we are all here to help each other.. we are just PM away...

Cheers,

Dahlia

That's right!! Crack that whip, CJ!! Make her work...

(Oh wait, I better be nice, if I want a place to stay when I come back to Seattle! Otherwise... crying.gifcray5ol.gifcrying.gif )

Yap I have all the A's or Aces hahaha..... better be nice dancin5hr.gif.

Hi Dahlia!

I don't know but I don't sleep at all when I'm on the plane, it gives me headache whenever I tried to close my eyes, I even felt sick but thank God I can control it, but I am not sure if I can control it once I'm on the plane for so many hours.

Wow! I was thinking to bring sleeping pills, Excedrin PM is the name of the sleeping pills? How long are you going to sleep when you take that pill? Will it makes you drowsy and dizzy when you wake up? Oh, I hate travelling with period either! So I hope, I will be flying to Illinois this Friday, I should be there already before my birthday and 'cause unwanted visitors usually arrive last week of the month.

Your advice and suggestions are deeply appreciated. I will surely bring those you've mention with me on my flight.

Congratulations! Wish you all the happiness. Stay in love! :)

As far as i remember, they also said in CFO's post/ announcement that they have conduct somewhat like "investigation about his case since Sept. 10". I think they already have the evidences when they posted the announcement last Sept 25.

Hello again Dahlia! They have no Excedrin PM here in Tacloban, so I just search for other pill that will help myself fell asleep and I found Melatonin, I am not sure if this will work. Hopefully it will. Or else my fiance might not able to recognize when I arrive in the US. BTW, were you asleep the whole time you were on flight when you took the pill Excedrin PM?

Thank you very much! :)

Hi!

You might want to try Melatonin while you're there. I think they just make you feel sleepy but not actually makes you sleep. There's a difference from a pill that knocks you out :Didea9dv.gif .

Of course I will not be asleep the whole flight. Though even I'm asleep, I wake up when I smell the food being served. rolleyes.gif There are airlines they won't wake you up. But I had a experience I missed my meal the flight attendant did not bother to tell me or remind me about it. With a longggg flight you don't want to miss your meal.

And there's a time too you need to go to the toilet to pee. Just a reminder don't leave your handback to your seat. Because upon take off they advise you to put your personal bag below the sit infront of you. Sometimes even you chat with your seatmate, don't be confident to them to watch your personal belongings. Just FYI. =).

If you have connecting flights, there's no harm in asking if just in case you need assistance.good.gif

I usually take a sleeping pill right after the first meal is serve. But if you have connecting flight from Phils. to Taiwan, S.Korea or Japan, don't take it yet. You need to take it on the 2nd leg or flight.

I hope this help....God bless!!!
