So what? You don't roll out a nationwide project of this complexity across 50 jurisdictions without any glitches. That is realistically simply not happening. Not in the real world. The exchanges - for the most part - opened on time and target. That's surprising. Some glitches are to be expected. That's a non-issue.

It would be fine if you never made any calls or were required to pay for the usage. It is a problem however when the law mandates that others pay for your airtime. Currently, by law, hospitals and ERs are prohibited from refusing to serve anyone based on their ability to pay.

No. I am not buying an iPhone and I will not be penalized. I have and will maintain my employer sponsored coverage. Think of it as the phone running on the android OS. I can make that choice and not incur any fine. You can, too.
