Hi I have an I130 case my mother filed for me her son age over 21 married with 2 kids under 18 my case has been transferred to NVC. I would like to know when I get my interview date and go to the interview will i be declined because my wife and children where in the USA and overstayed there visit visa for about 8 years? Or does it only matter if i the beneficiary overstayed my tourist visa?
