I have been noticing a lot of NOA2s approved with end of July NOA1s! I got my NOA1 August 1st, fully expecting a 4 month wait..is this a new trend I am seeing? Really hoping to see something positive soon, we sure can use some good news these days.

They indeed have been moving fast it appears! This is quite exciting, but news of the shutdown isn't. Not too sure yet if immigration is down or not.

August 5, 2013: 1-129F mailed
August 7, 2013: Received at Lockbox
August 13, 2013: NOA1
September 4, 2013: Alien Reg. # change
October 16, 2013: NOA2
October 29, 2013: Sent to DOS

were still waiting for our noa2,, ALien registartion no. changed was dated same as yours.. so goodluck for the both us...
