TO EVERYONE :

I made my first phone call at 7 am today and after a brief waiting period of time NVC customer services replayed. Unfortunately my EAC case number from USCIS still in transfer process. NOA -2 was approved on Sept. 27,2013 definitive it is too early to check. I sent to NVC and an E-mail also checking for replying time. Within a week I will do it again perhaps I might get lucky this time.
