I would not be surprised if checking the wrong box is inconsequential. They'll know why you filed the form and can easily correct your mistake if they've a mind to.

It doesn't make any difference when the visa expires, it can make some difference if the allowed stay as indicated on the I-94 expires. But didn't you write in your first paragraph that you've already applied for adjustment?

I arrived in the US under K1 visa and i send my AOS but in my G325A i check the Naturalization box instead of Permanent Resident Status. How does it affect my application?

What if the K1 visa expires before we file the AOS is that still fine, but we married before the 90 days.
