Does anyone else have a similar timeline with mine and has already go their EAD ?? I hear they r trying to get rid of EADs so could that be the delay? Are they trying to hold off approving my EAD and just make me wait for the interview? My DL will expire in a month and I need something to show my legal status b4 I can renew it. What can I do?

Timeline

We filed around the same time you did, no EAD in sight. At our interview the officer said that we should not count on getting it anytime soon, as the end of year is the time when people at USCIS (like everwhere else) take time off. Sigh. Make an infopass appointment for day 91 and ask them to check into it.
