Just called, they received the DS-261 but hasn't been added to the case file. She said wait 3-4 more days.

Mine was invoiced a little over 2 weeks after I submitted the DS-261

I have a link to pay IV active but when i click it, it takes me back to AOS receipt page. Does this mean that it should be available soon?

Not sure haven't reached that stage yet. Maybe others who have will chime in. have you tried different browser?

That happened to me too. I had to wait a day and then it was available to pay

I paid the AOS fee, did the ds-261, but they still haven't reviewed the AOS package. How long does it usually take to review AOS package? Can the IV fee be paid and IV doc's submitted if the AOS hasn't been completed?

Its 30 business days give or take a few days. The IV has nothing to do with the AOS. So answer is yes.

The IV is dependent on DS-261 received and accepted, then you are invoiced for payment than you can send in your documents.

Many have had IV accepted and done before AOS (usually due to issues or they delay it themselves waiting on things).

It happens to me, cant pay IV fee like more than 20 days, really dont know what to do, called NVC nobody is giving answer very hard to reach them
