I had RFE for DS-260 missing Orginal Doc. on 10-08-2013..so I sent NVC all the orginal doc. today 10-11-13..u guys know how long its gonna take to complete my case..

Around 20-30 days!!

USCIS (114 days)
2013-01-25 - Sent I-130
2013-01-28 - NOA1 (case at MSC)
2013-05-22 - NOA2

NVC (92 days)
2013-07-02 - NVC received case
2013-07-02 - IIN assigned
2013-07-09 - DS3032 email sent
2013-07-15 - AOS bill invoiced and paid
2013-07-16 - AOS packet sent
2013-07-23 - DS3032 accepted
2013-07-24 - IV bill invoiced and paid

NVC ceac payment website/application website appears to be down tonight. I don't know if its just my case but I get the following message after putting in my NVC case number and IIN

"You have encountered an application error. Please try again later."

So I am not able to compulsively check to see if they invoiced me the IV since I didn't check yesterday. lol. It may be a good thing considering I am way less patient now than I was for the 7 months my I-130 was processing.

Hoping I can check on it tomorrow...

04/09/2013 Called USCIS-informed by Tier 2 officer that my case was transferred to Washington D.C. on March 13

02/13/2014-Interview- Approved, but the consular officer did not see I-864 joint sponsor documents, and sent my husband home with the packet of all the original documents, and told him to mail it in when he gets it. My husband realized that the "missing" documents had been there all along. Husband immediately mailed it back.

02/26/2014-Consular office received "missing" documents and gave it to CO for review

03/17/2014-Visa Issued!

03/20/2014- Received Visa

03/21/2014- POE!

You're using IE to sign in, right?

Aha! That worked. Previously I had used Google Chrome with no issues. I did try Mozilla and IE about 20 minutes ago and both had the same issues. However it did just work now using IE.

(On a side note, its been over 2 weeks and no IV invoice :/ UGH)

Which math, i took the Adjusted Gross Income from my tax transcript, what math should do? can you be precise?

If you are using the EZ form then you use the line item on your transcript labeled: ADJUSTED GROSS INCOME:

Is this the $ figure you used for each corresponding year you submitted on section 19?

Yes that is exactly what i used, i figured out that the format i used may have been the problem. For example i used 4444444 the required format is 4444444.00. i called the operator and they told me to use the new form 03/31/2015. Which was the one i used in first place. I think it had to be the format

Question,

My parents are joint sponsors. My father is the main joint sponsor and his wife (my stepmom is the household member). They have two separate salaries but they file joint taxes. So on both the I-864 and I-864A, do they use their total income that's on their tax returns 1040 or their individual income that's on the W-2s. I am pretty sure that they are both to use the same total incomes from their 1040, even if it includes the joint income. Am I right?
