This is what I am doing for mine.

Statement:

  1. 3 month Bank Statement Personal and Business
  2. Last Year Tax return (Personal)
  3. Letter Stating your business and information
  4. Any Assets (Must be 5x the difference needed)
  5. Saving account put to the side for this process.
  6. Business Documents ( Self-employed persons are required to show a copyt of their business license (if applicable), and the self-employment schedules they filed with their income tax returns.)

There are a lot more you can add to it. All you trying to do it prove that the beneficiary will not need to seek Government assistance.

Self-employed often show ongoing, stable income by providing the last 3 years of tax returns.

The person above is not filing for a K-1 and in their case they need the I-864. You do not.

For you, you need the I-134. You will not need the I-864 until later, after you are married and filing for AOS.

Cars should be able to count, but they will look at everything else first. If you are worried about meeting the cut off, and thinking about using assets. You might look into Co-Sponsors.

Great information here

Hope this helps. Just prove that fiance will be fully supported until the AOS ( This is where the saving account comes in). If you can prove that, you will not have any problems from what I heard.

Embassy instructions letter only asks for the most recent tax return (it does not differentiate for self-employed), this is what the embassy requires.

n. EVIDENCE OF SUPPORT. You should be able to demonstrate that you will not become a public charge
or be a burden on the U.S. taxpayers for financial support. A completed I-134 Affidavit of Support Form
with original signature will be useful to the consular officer to evaluate your petitioner’s ability to be
financially responsible for you. You should also submit your petitioner’s most recent U.S. Federal income
tax return (Form 1040) and wage statements (Form W-2). Employment letters stating salaries and bank
statements may be included to substantiate the I-134. Download Form I-134 at
